What each credential means
ISO 18788:2015 — Management system for private security operations
An international standard for managing private security operations, covering risk assessment, legal compliance, human rights, personnel, training, use of force policies, incident management and continual improvement. Our certificate scope covers providing security services to companies and institutions, including security and safety services through training, safety equipment and the provision of security personnel.
ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational health and safety management
An international standard for managing health and safety at work: identifying hazards, controlling risks, involving workers and improving performance. It applies to how we protect our own officers as well as how we work on client sites.
ICoCA Affiliate
The International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) is a multi-stakeholder initiative that promotes responsible private security services that respect human rights. Affiliation is based on ICoCA’s evaluation of a company’s policies and procedures against key principles of the International Code of Conduct. Affiliation is a stage towards membership and certification; it is not ICoCA certification.
