This website, www.magnum-eg.com, is operated by Magnum Security Services and Magnum Corporate Services (together, “Magnum”, “we”, “us”). Magnum Security Services is located at 8 Obour Buildings, Salah Salem, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. You can contact us about privacy at info@magnum-eg.com.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable Egyptian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and its implementing regulations, and in line with recognised international good practice.
What we collect and why
Proposal and contact requests
When you submit a request, we collect your name, organisation, job title, business email, phone number and the details you provide about your requirements. We use them to respond to you, prepare proposals and manage our business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Airport and travel requests
For airport assistance we collect passenger names, number of passengers and flight details. We use them only to arrange the requested service and share them with drivers and authorised airport service providers as needed. Please do not send passport or identity documents through the website.
Job applications
When you apply for a job we collect your contact details, location, experience, education, languages, availability, any CV you upload and your consent. We use this information only for recruitment. CVs are stored in a protected area that is not publicly accessible and can be viewed only by authorised human resources staff. We do not ask for national ID numbers or identity documents at the application stage.
Ethics reports
Reports submitted through the confidential ethics form may be anonymous. If you include your contact details, they are visible only to the people responsible for handling the report and are used to follow up.
Website usage
Our server keeps standard technical logs for security. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie notice; you can decline and the site works normally. We do not use advertising cookies.
Who we share data with
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger) and email delivery provider, which process data on our behalf
- Drivers, partners and authorised airport service providers, only where needed to deliver a service you requested
- Authorities, where required by law
We do not sell personal data. Personal data submitted through forms is not sent to the AI service we use to help draft articles.
How long we keep data
- Proposal and contact requests: up to 24 months after the last contact
- Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months after submission, unless you are hired
- Ethics reports: up to 5 years, to support investigations and follow-up
- Server logs: for a limited period for security purposes
Records are deleted automatically at the end of these periods.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email info@magnum-eg.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority in Egypt.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, role-based permissions, protected storage for CVs and audit logs for sensitive records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
