What is whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing is the reporting of any unethical, illegal or improper conduct that could harm individuals, the company or the public. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraud, corruption or financial misconduct
- Violations of health and safety regulations
- Harassment, discrimination or abuse
- Breaches of human rights or labour laws
- Environmental violations
- Non-compliance with industry regulations or company policies
Our commitment to protection and confidentiality
- Confidentiality: reports are handled with discretion and the identity of whistleblowers is protected to the fullest extent possible.
- Non-retaliation: we prohibit any retaliation, discrimination or harassment against people who report concerns in good faith.
- Fair investigation: reports are investigated by an impartial team and appropriate action is taken if misconduct is found.

What happens after you report?
- Acknowledgement. We confirm receipt of your report where you have shared contact details.
- Investigation. A thorough, fair and confidential investigation is carried out.
- Action. If misconduct is confirmed, appropriate corrective measures are taken.
- Follow-up. Where possible, we update the person who reported on the outcome.
