Our operations room is a working coordination centre, not a showroom. It is staffed by trained operators who speak Arabic and English and who follow written procedures for every type of alert.
What the operations room does
Guard patrol monitoring
Follows QR checkpoint scans across client sites and chases missed or late patrols immediately.
GPS vehicle tracking
Tracks secure transport and fleet vehicles during movements and flags deviations or long stops.
Video system access
Where clients grant access, operators view connected video management platforms, including Hikvision-based systems, to verify alerts.
Situational awareness
Monitors relevant news and local developments that could affect client sites, routes or staff.
Field communication
Keeps contact with officers, supervisors and drivers by radio and phone, especially on night shifts.
Incident logging and escalation
Records incidents with time, location and actions, and escalates to supervisors, clients and management by severity.
Emergency coordination
Dispatches mobile response teams and coordinates with emergency services when required.
Management oversight
Operations managers review logs and trends so recurring issues are fixed at source.
From alert to action
- Detect. A missed patrol scan, a vehicle stop, a call from a post or a client report.
- Verify. The operator contacts the post or driver, checks available video and confirms what is happening.
- Escalate. Supervisors, the client contact and, if needed, response teams or authorities are informed according to the agreed matrix.
- Record and review. Everything is logged. Recurring issues feed into training, post instructions and client reports.

Yes, operations support runs around the clock. Coverage and escalation contacts are agreed for each contract.
Can you monitor our CCTV remotely?
Where your system allows secure remote access and you authorise it, operators can view connected cameras to verify alerts. We agree the scope, privacy rules and access controls in writing.
Will we receive reports?
Yes. Incident logs and periodic summaries of patrols, alerts and actions are shared with your nominated contacts.
