Expertly selected and trained personnel, because our clients’ safety depends on the people we put on post.
Our officers are carefully recruited and screened. Training is continuous and includes site-specific instruction, so every officer is prepared for the realities of the site they protect.
- Selection. Interviews, reference checks and lawful background screening. We look for reliability, judgement and communication skills.
- Induction. Professional conduct, observation and reporting, access control, customer service, health and safety and emergency procedures.
- Site-specific training. Post instructions, client systems, escalation contacts and site risks, before an officer works a post alone.
- Supervision and coaching. Supervisors check knowledge and standards on shift and coach officers in real situations.
- Refresher training and drills. Regular refreshers, emergency drills and assessments throughout the contract.
Health, safety and welfare
Our occupational health and safety management system is certified to ISO 45001:2018. Officers receive the equipment and briefings they need, and we take welfare seriously: fair treatment, clear rotas and a confidential way to raise concerns.
