Security Guarding Services in Egypt
Trained, supervised security officers for corporate, industrial, diplomatic and logistics sites, with the procedures and reporting that make guarding accountable.
Effective guarding is more than a person at a gate. It is selection, training, clear instructions, active supervision and evidence that the work was done. That is how we run every site.
Where we provide guarding

- Warehouses and distribution centres
- Logistics yards and transport depots
- Diplomatic premises and residences

How we deliver guarding
The same disciplined model on every contract, scaled to the site.
Personnel selection
Candidates are interviewed, reference-checked and screened before induction. We match officers to the site: language, presentation and experience.
Security screening
Identity and background checks are completed through lawful channels before deployment, and refreshed in line with client requirements.
Training
Induction covers conduct, observation, access control, reporting, fire and emergency procedures. Site-specific training follows before go-live.
Site assessment
We map entrances, perimeters, blind spots, operating hours and critical assets, and agree the number and type of posts.
Post instructions
Each post has written instructions: duties, patrol times, escalation contacts and what to do in an emergency, approved by the client.
Supervision
Supervisors visit posts on a schedule and unannounced, checking attendance, appearance, knowledge of instructions and logbooks.
Attendance control
Shift handovers and attendance are recorded; gaps are covered from relief staff so posts are never left empty.
QR patrol monitoring
Officers scan checkpoints during patrols. Missed or late scans are flagged to the operations room in real time.
Incident reporting and escalation
Incidents are logged with time, location and actions taken, escalated to supervisors and the client according to severity.
Client reporting
Regular reports summarise attendance, patrol completion, incidents and recommendations, with a named account manager for follow-up.
Quality assurance
Audits, client reviews and corrective actions under our ISO 18788 management system keep standards consistent over time.
Emergency escalation
Officers know exactly who to call. The operations room coordinates our mobile teams and, where needed, the authorities.

What clients can measure
Good guarding is visible in data. We agree key performance indicators at the start of the contract and report against them.
- Post coverage and attendance rate
- Patrol completion against plan
- Supervisor visit frequency
- Incident response and close-out times
- Training completion and refresher status
- Client feedback and corrective actions
Guarding questions
How many security officers does my site need?
It depends on entrances, perimeter, operating hours, asset value and risk. We recommend posts and patrol routes after a site assessment rather than quoting a fixed number.
How are your security officers trained?
Every officer completes induction training on conduct, access control, observation, reporting and emergency procedures, followed by site-specific training on the agreed post instructions. Refresher training runs throughout the contract.
How do you supervise officers on night shifts?
Supervisors carry out scheduled and unannounced visits, and the operations room follows QR patrol scans and contacts posts at intervals. Missed checkpoints trigger immediate follow-up.
Can you work with our existing CCTV and access control?
Yes. Officers are trained on your systems, and where you grant access, our operations room can view connected video platforms to support verification and escalation.
